Brand new, very comfortable air-conditioned apartment is a short walks to the beach and 10 minutes to all amenities such as shops, supermarket, restaurants ( Italian, German, Chinese, Indian and EggnBacon & FishnChips !), pubs, bars e-cafes, just cafes, banks, doctors, and go-carts! This area, Punta Prima has developed into a township of its own though only 2km from the main towmn of Torrevieja. The balcony has table and chairs, and a well appointed swimming pool is available in summer season.

Fully air conditioned, equipped and furnished to a relaxing high standard the spacious sitting room/dinning room has a dining table with seating for four to six; and sofas/beds ( sleeps 6 ). The digital TV has English channels.There is a DVD with some films provided to see. The new kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, gas cooker and fridge. All kitchen utensils and cutlery and glasses are available. The neat toilet has bath, power shower with hot and cold water. A washing machine is available. The double bedroom has a double bed, and bedside cabinets, large fitted wardrobes and storage space, and air-conditioning. For your peace of mind the apartment is well secured with alarm system and gills, and has a safe.

The main town of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes (aqua park, hypermarket, sport palace), with many other things to see including a (night-time, late) flea-market, funfair by the sea and plenty of shops and restaurants. Whether you want relax by the pool in season, want to relax or walk along the sandy beaches, swim in the warm, lovely blue Mediterranean sea, explore the many unique shops in the town centre with its harbour and Promenade, visit the fair, go to the Aqua Park, take a boat trip. this is the quite relaxing life. Instead maybe you want to go clubbing, line dancing or salsa There is plenty of night life. Torrevieja has it all.Torrevieja has some of the largest street markets in Spain and every Friday, people come from miles around to pick up a bargain from clothes, shoes, electrical, household, fruit and veg or even a spit roast chicken ! you will find it here- but if you miss this one there is a street market everyday some close by, one within a walking distance on Saturday.

Further Information: For beach lovers in this Costa Blanca region of Alicante there are miles and miles of Blue Flag beaches starting only a few minutes from the apartment. For the sport lover many water sports are available with a large sport palace in town. Golf : For the golfer there is a large selection of courses including the championship VilLa Martin course. Within a short distance are the Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. La Finca and Quesda are new golf courses a short drive away. The famous La Manga and about 15 other golf courses are found in the Costa Blanca region. With a car on hire ( very cheap rates ) visit the towns of Elche, Murcia, Orihuela, Alicante and Valencia. Due to the 320 day sunshine and two largest salt lakes in Europe resulting in low humidity this area is declared one of the healthiest places by the World Health Organisation. The mud of the lakes is said to relieve the symptoms of arthritis, rheumatism, eczema and other skin ailments.

Travel: There is a bus running in the main road close by. Taxis are cheap. ( like everything else ! ). There will be a welcome pack and info leaflets at the apartment. Airport transport from Alicante or Murcia (only 30 minutes to the airports), can be arranged at a very moderate price OF £45.99 bothways upto 2persons, plus £9.99 both ways for each extra person. From many airports in UK Ryanair, Easyjet and other airliners operate low cost flights to these airports.
