This conveniently located, neat, comfortable apartment is only 5 minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes to all amenities such as shops, there are plenty of beaches along this famous costa blanca sea line. supermarket, restaurants ( Italian, German, Chinese, Indian and EggnBacon & FishnChips !), pubs and bars,banks,ecafes,just cafes,doctors,buses,taxis and go-carts!, This area, Punta Prima, on its own has developed into a major township. The balcony has table and chairs, and a sea view from this fifth floor quite apartment serviced by two lifts, and. has, if necessary, ramped access to the lift at the basement level, with a secure car park.

Sitting room/dinning room has a extendable dining table with seating for four, and sofas/beds ( sleeps 4 ) and ceiling fan. The digital TV has European and English channels. There is a DVD and some films. The new kitchen is well-equipped with microven, toaster, electric kettle, gas cooker and a large fridge. All kitchen utencils and cutlery are available. The newly refurbished toilet has a power shower and washing machine. The double bedroom has large wardrobes and storage space. There are two large spectacular swimming pools for your use right under the balcony which is an impressive sight. these are useable during summer months.

The nearby main town of Torrevieja has attractions like an aqua park, hypermarket, sport palace; and has many other things to see including a (night-time, late) fleamarket, funfair by the sea and plenty of shops and retaurants. Whether you want to relax by the pool in season, want to relax or walk along the sandy beaches, swim in the warm, lovely blue Mediterranean sea, explore the many unique shops in the town centre with its harbour and Promenade, visit the fair, go to the Aqua Park, take a boat trip. Maybe instead you want go clubbing, line dancing or salsa There is plenty of night life. Torrevieja has it all. Torrevieja has one of the largest street markets in Spain and every Friday, people come from miles around to pick up a bargain from clothes, shoes, electrical, household, fruit and veg or even a spit roast chicken you will find it here.there are other street markets everyday of the week somewhere around this area of Punta Prima, about two km from the main town.

Things to do: For the sport lover many water sports are available with a large sport palace in town. Golf : For the golfer there is a large selection of courses including the championship Vilamartin course. Within a short distance are the Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. La Finca and Quesda are new golf courses a short drive away. The famous La Manga and about 15 other golf courses are found in the Costa Blanca region. With a car on hire ( very cheap rates ) visit the towns of Elche,Murcia, Orihuela, Alicante and Valencia. Due to the 320 day sunshine and two largest salt lakes in Europe resulting in low humidity this area is declared one of the healthiest places by the World Health Organistion. The mud of the lakes is said to relieve the symtoms of arthritis,rhematism, eczema and other skin ailments.

Travel: There is a bus running in the main road. Taxis are cheap ( like everything else ! ). There will be a welcome pack and info leaflets at the apartment. Airport transport from Alicante or Murcia (only 35 minutes to the airports), can be arranged at a very moderate price of £49.99, both ways, for 2 persons and add £9.99, bothways for each extra persons.
