There are 2 large reception rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs with TV, sofas and furnished for your comfort. Spacious and light dining room. Separate kitchen and laundry. 4 large bedrooms, 2 on-suite and 1 with spa bath.

Central Heating Sat TV (Limited U.K channels), CD/radio player. Outside summer kitchen. Shower room with W.C. Shaped pool and mature gardens. Private plot with off street parking. Semi tropical garden with lawn, natural stone patio and pool surround. This a peaceful and comfortable property, ideal to relax and refresh. This is a large mediterranean villa just a few minutes walk to the beach. Within the villa there are 2 lounges, dining room, 4 large bedrooms, 3 batherooms inside the property and an additional bathroom outside, close to the summer kitchen and pool. It has a fully fitted kitchen and laundry room. The villa is nicely furnished is a rustic style. It is bright and spacious with good views to the garden and pool area. Full central heating. Outside the property is completely walled mostly with a high natural stone wall. The main entrance gate opperates by electric motor and there is parking for 3 large cars. The garden watering system is automated and opperates overnight.andthe garden is maintained once a week. The pool is cleaned 3 times a week. The garden is mature with many tropical trees and plants and the shaped pol is surrounded by natural stone. The summer kitchen also have a BBQ.

Location: Punta Prima is a peaceful established beach side small urbanization with an abundance of greenery. Situated on the Orihuela Costa just South of Torrevieja and close to three golf courses and many beaches. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping centers, medical facilities, church all within a short walking distance from the villa. Within a 5 minute walk Punta Prima has it's own beach with sun beds hire and bar/restaurant facilities.
