Can Pino is a wonderful stylish spacious 3 bedroom well-appointed villa built in 2002 to a high standard in the Mallorcan style. The living room has comfortable sofas, wood burning stove and views to garden and pool.The kitchen is open plan and leads on to the living room.There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with a shower room. One room has twin beds and the other a double bed. The rooms are furnished with attractive pine furniture and good quality comfortable beds .Both rooms have French doors which lead on to the garden.

On the first floor the main bedroom is very large it has a double bed and a single bed suitable for a child . French doors lead on to a large terrace.There is an attractive bathroom with a large walk in shower, wc and vanity unit. Villa is near the old town of Pollenca with its wide variety of shops,excellent restaurants tapas bars art galleries.Also close by is Pollenca golf course.Within a short drive are many excellent beaches Puerto Pollenca Cala San Vicenc and Puerto de Alcudia.

Pollensa/ Crestatx Area: Historic Pollenca is in the north of Mallorca. It is a peaceful old town that has been largely unaffected by tourism.The town has a medieval centre which spreads out from Placa Major the main square. The church of Nostra Seniora del Angels stands in the square the sheer stone façade is pierced only by a large rose window. In the square and around there is a good selection of tapas bars and excellent restaurants. On Sundays there is a market which is held in the square. On sale you will find fruit vegetables and artefacts.

How to get there: Easy jet offers lots of cheap flights from most major U.K air ports. Transfers can be arranged from airport to villa. Car hire can be arranged. Directions to the villa will be sent to you when the booking is confirmed.
