Wonderful Frontline Pine Walk Seafront Apts - Ground & 1st Floor Aircon & Wifi.
These two comfortable apartments are found in the famous and beautiful Pinewalk sea front in Puerto Pollensa. Probably, this is one of the best resorts in the island. As they are in the sea front, they enjoy magnificent views of the whole Pollensa bay, as well as direct access to the sandy beaches. It is ideal for all sorts of holidays from romantic escapes, to a family holiday or a sun and beach get away. The apartment is self catered and offers the possibility of summer as well as winter holiday rentals. Offers for winter rentals can be made. Long rentals are welcomed. The Marysol ground floor has three double bedrooms, there is a possibility of a fourth double bedroom in the basement. It has a luminous dinning/living room with very big glasses with views to the bay. It has a full equipped, modern kitchen as well as two bathrooms and a laundry.. It has a big terrace and a private garden ideal for sun bathing and relaxing. This garden has direct access to the beach. In addition, winter bookings are welcomed and recommended as the apartment has central heating system through. During winter, special offers can be made, and short term as well as long term booking is possible. The apartment offers many facilities such as DVD, satellite TV, Spanish TV, Wi-fi and a complete kitchen setting with microwave, dishwasher.

Location: The apartment is in Pinewalk sea front, this is probably one of the best places in the island. The apartment is found in a residential and quiet area, with no restaurants or shops nearby. However, it is in easy walking distance of the town centre and the shops and restaurant. Nearby attractions include water skiing, shopping, mountain walking, bicycle riding, horse riding, cultural visits to the old town of Pollensa. But of course, due to its position it is best for enjoying the sea and the mallorquin sun!
