Adjacent to the complex there is a supermarket, 100 yards away is a secluded, peaceful sandy beach, with in a few minutes drive there is access to several sandy beaches, golf courses, bars, restaurants, commercial centre, indoor shopping plaza, Aqua Park and night life.

Historical city of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are just a short drive away. Famous Spanish town Torrevieja is only ten minutes drive away, which attracts local and visitors, has a very good beech, Promenade,big Marina; well know shopping centre Carrefour, a big shopping mall with known Designer shops also has a water park for kids. Other small towns such as Punta Prima, Lazania, Playa Flemenca & Cabo Riog are only few minutes away. This apartment is very conveniently located and ideal for families, friends and couples.

Torrevieja / Alameda del Mar Area: Mountain Biking / Cycling, Golf, Sea / Ocean, Jet Ski, Sailing, Tennis, Fishing, Historical Sites, Scuba Diving, Museums, Thermal Baths, Hiking. The complex is close to all the local amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and night life. For bargain hunters there are markets nearly every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held on every Saturday. Trash & Treasure and car boot sale in Punta Prima are on Sundays. Torrevieja has lot to offer during day or night, activities including markets and funfairs. Local Fiestas are held all the year around. For Golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Rambles, Campoamor, La Finca. All are within a short driving distance.

How to get there: Fly to Alicante or Murcia. Alicante Airport is approx. 40minutes drive, Murcia Airport is approx. 20 minutes drive. Ideal for access to the pool especially for megan as we knew she was quite safe and we could see her from the apartment I will be in touch in the near future in regard to possibly renting your apartment for a month next summer as we had such a great time there. .... 5. Quick note to say thank you as we had a fantastic time. Every thing was purfect, Liam made us feel very welcome and please pass on my thanks. The weather was fantastic, the people were very friendly, the area was great and typical spain and untouched by Mcdonalds and english type pubs, the apartment was first class and had everything needed to not just stay thier but live if needed to, the complex was secure clean and quiet and the garden was great for the kids as we could lock the gate and all was safe.....Thanks again and we will definatly be in touch to book for next year for two weeks and i dare say the year after as well.
