Newly built (January 2009).31 villas located at the sea front, Just by the promenade and Coloradas beach and a futher 10 minutes Stroll Walk to the New Marina Rubicon. Villas with 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), 2 bathrooms, a toilet, fully equiped Kitchen, and spacious Sitting and living area, leading to a private sun terrace with pool and 2 terraces on the upper floor with wonderfull views . Villa Coloradas is furnished to a high standard, bright and modern.

Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob with a halogen extractor, , full size fridge/feeezer, kettle, toaster, coffe machine, some crokery.... Towels and linen are included in the price (not beach towels) The villa will be clean once a week an towel and linen change. A daily clean can be requested at an additional cost.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on the Island of Lanzarote Where is Playa Blanca ? Situated on the South Coast of the Island ,33 km from the Airport Nearest Airport ARRECIFE - 30 mins drive - 35 km Nearest Beach COLORADAS BEACH - 1 mins drive - 0 km Nearest Shops SHOPPING CENTER EL PUEBLO - 1 mins drive - 0 km Villa Coloradas Playa is facing the golden sands of Papagayo, just by the promenade and Coloradas Beach. Situated between the Rubicon Marina & the famous Papagayo Beaches, both a 15 min walk in either direction. A stroll along the boardwalk brings you to the fantastic Marina Rubicon, with it's brand new shopping centre bowling alley and numerous waterside restaurants. Ibiza's world famous "cafe del Mar" has opened a bautiful new restaurant and bar here, it's rally worth a visit. Temptation awaits you at patisserie "Moulin Rouge" on the waters edge.Various boat trips are available. One service drops you right onto the sand at the horseshoe shaped Papagayo beach, "Playa de Papagayo". If you feel like sampling the high life, take a helicopter tour over the volcanoes, land at the marina's own helipar, then charter a yacht.. A short walk to the east, brings you the edge of the protected nature reserve with it`s 6 sandy beaches. It's a vast area between the coast and mountains and it is excellent for walking, hiking, mountain biking and quad biking. The largest beach, "Playa Mujeres", is a 15-20 minute walk from the house or 8-10 minutes if you park next to the Papagayo Arena Hotel. If you don't want to walk, there's vehicular access to most of beaches. Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are lloking fro sun, sea and sand as well as goof fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by farry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour. The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo and Playa Flamingo.

There is an international golf course at Costa Teguise, a thirty five minutes drive away, also another one in Puerto del Carmen about 20 min Drive and a 9 hole pitch & put just fifteen minute walk along the coastal path just beyond the Marina.
