Enter through the front door into the large and airy open plan living room and kitchen dining area, all beautifully furnished with corner sofa, reclining armchair and coffee table. Flat screen TV, DVD, Video and CD player. The dining table seats 4, and there is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen which is very well equipped, with 4 burner electric hob and oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. French windows lead onto the private terrace, planted with oleanders, hibiscus and bouganvilia and views overlooking mountains, the sea, and Fuerteventura. It is large enough for al fresco eating, either in the sun, or under the shade of the verandah, furnished with a table, chairs and BBQ, and also for sunbathing with 4 sunloungers and a parasol.

The two bedrooms are both double, one with twin beds, and one with a double bed. Ample wardrobe space, with dressing tables and mirrors, and a hair dryer. The two shower rooms have both been newly refurbished, one with a walk in shower and glass screen, both have cupboards and shelves giving great storage . We also have a cot and high chair available on request.

Playa Blanca: Not long ago Playa Blanca was just a tiny fishing village and now a beautiful resort. Immensely popular with the more elderly holiday makers because of the long and relatively flat promenade it offers wonderful views across the bay to the Papagayo beaches and over to Fuerteventura. Papagayo is a protected area and completely unspoilt but it is easily reached by regular boat trips from the harbour. There are many, many restaurants and bars in which to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather and wonderful views. Go into the information centre at the harbour to get details of all of the different trips that you can take to discover the island without having to hire a car. Playa Blanca has three beaches off the promenade.
