The property is a "Duplex" style and consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also has 4 terraces, 3 of which have sea views and a large garage/storage area as well as its own parking space. the nearest beach of Palomares is literally a walk away with it's own beach bar and also within easy reach by car are the stunning beaches of Vera Playa (3 mins), Garrucha (7 mins) and Mojacar (15 mins).

The comfortable property is well equipped to a high modern standard to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Within easy reach by car are the stunning beaches of Vera (3 mins), Garrucha (7 mins) and Mojacar (15 mins). In the opposite direction is a magnificent coast road that passes the "hip" resort of Villaricos and travels for some 20 miles to the beautiful resort of St. Juan De Los Terreros with its sandy beaches and magnificent promenade to the more sedate resort of Aguillas. Hidden along this road are secluded beaches and coves ideal for sunbathing or snorkelling. There is a long sandy beach in Palomares itself which is a short 10 minute stroll from the Duplex. For Children there is a modern water park with all the usual flumes and whirlpools etc. For the golfers amongst you there is the World Famous, visually stunning Desert Springs which is the only "Desert" golf course in Europe and just a 15 minute drive away. Also within a half hour drive are the courses of Marina Golf, Valle del Este and Cortijo Grande.

For the nature lovers there is the Cabo De Gato national park which situated beyond the "jewel in the crown" of Mojacar, and Tabernas where the "Spaghetti" westerns such as "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" and the "Fistful of Dollars" films plus the "Magnificent Seven" amongst others were filmed.There is a large open air zoo here as well as a "western" set which makes for a terrific day out. For those of you that have not yet "discovered" Mojacar it is one of the most cosmopolitan yet laid back resorts on the Mediterranean.

Mojacar/Garrucha Mojacar has miles of golden sandy beaches and promenade, its beach bars are legendary and the "hippy" feeling is never far away with its Moorish influences and uniquely "Spanish" atmosphere. The "pueblo" or "old town" of Mojacar is set up in the mountains overlooking the coast providing a "vista" that simply takes the breath away. Finally for "foodies" there is an abundance of excellent restaurants right across the area offering from authentic Spanish to the usual mix of Italian, Indian, Chinese, and Thai meals plus a plethora of original "tapas" bars, particularly in the fishing port of Garrucha. The sea food in this area is second to none and some of the restaurants in Garrucha are of the highest standards. Finally the temperatures in Almeria are some of the hottest in Spain and for those of you who need to escape the freezing temperatures of the U.K. and Northern Europe in the winter, the temperatures throughout the winter seldom dip below 60 degrees F, sometimes much hotter.
