The living room has a sofa and an armchair and a table with four chairs. It is ideal for four people.

The apartment is very joyful and has excellent views to the square. The Mallorquin style has been conserved; the windows are made of wood and the wooden rafter can be seen on the ceiling. It has parket on the floor and all the windows have double glass. The apartment has a lift. It is a charming apartment which is in front of an old romantic church.

Local Area: The neighbourhood is famous as it is the eldest neighbourhood in Palma. Recently, some of the houses have been restored in a Mallorquin way and thus this has added beauty to this part of Palma, which has gained a special identity of its own. It is less than 5 minutes walking distance of Palma’s shopping and administrative centre. All tourist attractions are in easy reach – the cathedral is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment as is the parliament and house of government. The lovely sandy Playa de Palma beach is only a 7 minute walk from the apartment. This makes the apartment the perfect place for a combined city break and beach holiday. The restaurants and bars are also within easy reach. A public covered swimming pool is just by the apartment.
