A 3 bed VILLA on the fringe of Nerja with PRIVATE POOL, INTERNET available. IDEAL for COUPLES looking to share or FAMILIES to enjoy anytime of the year; fitted Air con & heating available. The architect designed this villa with the Mediterranean climate in mind; Bedrooms (Beds 2/3 can be twin bedded or king size double beds) are on the ground floor all with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes,which keeps cooler in the hot Summer.Doors to rooftop or dinning balcony. La Noria is a small quiet community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away; with the town and beaches only 1.5Km away. The Villa has space!! Community pool is less then 40 metres away which is key gated as is the tennis court; Key provided.

The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, flat screen Satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and comfortable sofas.It is open-plan, dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool with access to a roof top private sun terrace; there is also a washroom on this level.Plus access to a dinning balcony which also gives access to the pool and downstairs BBQ area. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor all with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed +LCD TV and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and "rain water" shower and a security safe. The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to sleep either twin beds (hotel quality with pocket sprung mattresses)

The Villa is ideal for families looking for plenty of space with a PRIVATE POOL plus you have access to the gated communal POOL (less then 50 metres away and which has its own toilets & showers ) plus there is also a gated TENNIS court all of which is included for your use. Water park and golf course both about 10 minutes drive away; There is the local bus/coach station with trips available to Granda,Seville and a regular trips to Malaga (Picasso museum etc). Skiing is available up in the Sierra Nevada and takes about 80 minutes by car.

Burriana Beach: The name Nerja comes from the Moorish word 'naricha', which means 'rich in water' and the beaches that surround the town are some of the more picturesque and unique on the coast. The most popular beaches are the Playa Burriana to the east, or left from town center, and the Playa Torrecilla to the west Playa Burriana From town center, a scenic path winds its way through the rocks bordering the seashore and leads all the way to Burriana beach. The walk takes approximately 20 minutes and the views along it are second to none.
