This luxury detached Villa is situated in the quiet residential area known as Nerja Golf only a 10 minute walk down to the well known Burriana Beach and a short walk to the nearest supermarket. This Villa has only just been totally refurbished therefor it is like new!

The property is over three levels and has a beautiful spiral staircase from top to bottom. It has three bedrooms; 2 south facing, en-suite double bedrooms with king size beds and each having a large individual balcony with two chairs and a small coffee table. The twin room has two single beds each with a bedside cabinet and a split wardrobe for sharing. All of the bedrooms have an oil filled heater for the winter and a mobile fan for the summer.
