Further Information: The whole villa was extensively renovated in the winter of 2004/5 with the floor tiling renewed throughout, and new furnishings and linen provided. The kitchen and bathroom were both fully refitted together with the ground floor cloakroom with new units throughout and the property was generally brought up to a modern standard. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and enjoy sea views from the rooms and their terrace. Cable TV provides BBC, ITV and Sky including Sports programmes and movies. A DVD player is provided. In the winter months central heating is provided by conventional hot water radiators. The villa provides very comfortable accommodation all the year round and will appeal both to the sun-seekers and walkers/sightseers. |
