Verano Azul is a pretty cluster of Adalucian style apartments set amidst tropical gardens and flower bedecked walkways. The complex has two communal pools within the grounds. There is also a roof pool and sun terrace for the exclusive use of a limited number of apartments, of which we are one, where you have spectacular 360 degree views of the sea, the Mountains and the town of Nerja.

The apartment is air conditioned and has two bedrooms one with a large 5ft bed the second with two single beds, both have large built in wardrobes. The lounge opens to a south facing veranda which enjoys the sun all day and has sea and mountain views. It has satellite TV so you can watch BBC, ITV, CNN, and Eurosports. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, there is a washing machine and the bathroom is fully fitted including shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking permitted on the veranda only, not in apartment.

Location: The apartment is 10mins walk down to Burriana Beach, Nerja's largest beach, recently voted 'Best beach in Eastern Costa del Sol' and repeatedly awarded the EU blue flag. The centre of Nerja with its many restaurants, shops, cobbled streets and the famous 'Balcon de Europa' is about 15mins walk away. Malaga is the nearest airport, just 45mins from the apartment.
