This comfortable apartment on the popular urbanisation of San Juan de Capistrano is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet in natural surroundings yet it's only 10minutes by car from the town centre and beaches. Facilities include beautiful communal pool area ,( reputedly the best in Nerja) with separate children's pool and play area, surrounded by an ample choice of cafes and restaurants, mini market, library, public telephones and a regular local bus service. Other facilities close by include tennis, water sports, horse riding, golf (20kms to Baviera Golf) walking etc. The apartment is only a minutes walk to the Natural Park behind, which has many trails and even a waterfall.
