A recently completed luxury three bedroom villa in Ladera Del Mar, Nerja on the Costa del Sol approximately 45 minutes from Malaga Airport or can now be accessed from Granada Airport. The house is set into the hillside with southerly views over looking the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. With it's own pool and large terrace and the use of the communal pool and gardens and has a secluded beach within 200 meters.

The accommodation has modern clean finishes and comes with all marble floors, full climate control air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the upstairs lounge, with cool air for the summer months and heating for the winter.

Double glass doors lead out onto the upper terrace, this gives the lounge a bright southerly view of the Mediterranean. The terrace is ideal for eating outside or having a leisurely drink under the stars. At the bottom of the staircase the rear door leads to the pool terrace. The terrace has a table with parasol and chairs and two sun beds for private sunbathing by the pool. The pool is shallow enough for children and deep enough for adults to have a good exhilarating swim. Also included is a Barbeque for you holiday treats. The communal swimming pool and gardens are available to all residents and their guests to enjoy the sun and for relaxing. Sun beds are supplied for your use.
