The property is surrounded by a secure perimeter wall CCTV entry system and a large electrically operated driveway gate, which upon opening reveals a truly magnificent villa set in an immaculate landscaped garden with grapevines, lemon, orange and nispero trees, at the rear there is a secure play area for children including many toys, trampoline, slide, swings etc.

Once inside the door you are greeted by a solid marble gallery staircase, the kitchen diner is huge with an island cooker, granite work surfaces, american style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full oven,etc. Living room/diner is large and very comfortable. A walk in shower and full bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 5 double bedrooms, 3 with balconies, (master inc. air con.) 2 Bathrooms.

Location: Only 15 minutes from Alicante Airport, The Villa is located with very easy access to the A77 and links to the new Toll road. The local high street is only a 5 minute drive away, here you will find every type of shop you could wish for, literally hundreds !!! There are many tapas bars and coffee shops along with the very beautiful old Town Hall, a little further down from the high street you will find San Vicente Centro Commercial which has a superb bowling alley, cinema, restaurants, outlet shopping, etc. The closest beach is the very beautiful San Joan coast which is about 10-15 minutes drive. Many places are within easy reach of the villa including, Castella, El Campello, Caves De Canelobre, Gaudalest, Fonts D'Alger, Alcoi, Benidorm, La Nucia, Finnestrat, etc. All in all the villa is superbly located and very easy to find everything you would need for a fun packed and relaxing holiday.

Things to do: Plenty to see and do whether you choose to just relax by the pool or go and see the many sights and attractions nearby including; Rio Safari Park ( 30 mins ), Terra Mitica theme park ( 30 mins ), Water parks, Mundomar, Aqualandia, ( 30 mins ), Karting Finnestrat, Caves de Canelobre, Fonts D'Algar, all these places and many more can be driven to very easily on the main road or you can take the Toll Road which is only the first junction from the villa.
