Casa Evesham is located in the Paichi area of the beautiful fishing village of Moraira. Located in a quiet road on a hill that provides views across the valley and down to the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, a superbly fitted luxury bathroom, separate toilet, a large lounge with a separate dining area, a glazed naya, various sun terraces and a private heated swimming pool. (heated at no extra charge in cooler periods). Pool side hot and cold shower. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, extra beds and cots can be provided. Wifi Broadband acces - no extra charge Large secure ball court with net and basket ball facility Also available 1 double-bed downstairs apartment - £100.00 per week - No other persons would be in the apartment during your stay at the Villa

The large living room provides plenty of space to relax in the evening and has a TV that receives all major UK TV channels, wireless broadband, video and DVD player. There is a dining area attached to the living room and terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped including washing/drying facilities. There is also a spacious naya with dining & lounge areas with views across the valley. Landscaped gardens and sun terraces provide space to sunbathe around the pool (9m x4m x 2m deep). Parking for 3 cars.

Casa Evesham is located in the Paichi area of Moraira 1km from the sea. It has beautiful unspoilt beaches. Stunning scenery. Travelling time is approx 50 minutes drive from Alicante Airport (going south). To see exact location please visit our Casa Evesham web site - ask us for details. Nearly every 'guest' we have had at the Villa tell us what a lovely location and stunning views.

Further Information: Casa Evesham is a wonderful location for a family holiday. The living areas and in particular the Naya is worthy of note as this provides a wonderful location to watch the sun rise and set. Children are particularly well catered for with the larger than average heated pool (please note the consistent depth of 2m), a large ball court for football, badminton, volleyball etc, and TV with video and DVD player. Also installed wireless broadband The villa sleeps 6 as it is but extra beds can be arranged at additional cost. The living area will easily accommodate the extra people. The TV receives major UK channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, Sky One, Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky Movies, The Discovery Channel, Sky News and dozens of others.There is also a one double bedroom apartment downstairs the cost for hire is £100.00 per week. Mid-week bookings would normally be 6 or 7 days from arrival and continue throughout stay. Additional single bed can be provided. Also high chair and cot is available at no extra charge.
