Las Campanas is in an ideal situation being walking distance to MORAIRA town and all the usual holiday amenities including beaches,shops,bars and restaurants and golf nearby.The villa has been totally refurbished to a high standard with the addition of a new private pool and air conditioning in every room (except bathrooms) .The 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 people comfortably and with a sofabed in the lounge 8 in total(plus cots).The lounge is well furnished with a separate dining room. The villa benefits from flat screen Sony TV, English Satellite TV incl. BBC1,2,ITV,CH4 & 5, DVD,CD player.The kitchen is well equipped and features granite worktops,fan assisted oven,dishwasher,washing machine,microwave and a large fridge/freezer.The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a family bathroom with shower facilities.

There is ample terracing around the private pool for sunbathing, BBQ and "al fresco" dining. The sun terrace also offers a beautiful gazebo and recliner chairs and sunbeds. At the rear of the villa is a second pario area with a bespoke built in brick and tile BBQ with a large work surface are and another table and chairs for dining or socialising, or simply relaxing with a good book. The villa is totally private and is not overlooked at all, offers off street parking and very secure gated entrance which is a huge benefit for families with children. There is a huge arrat of both glass and plastic ware and children's crockery and cutlery is also supplied. There is a full range of cooking utensils and pots and pans. A high chair is also available.

Living Room The living area is directly off both the kitchen and dining room for a sense of "loft style" open plan living. The lounge offers sofa seating for 8 people and an array of side tables and table lamps sets a calm and cosy mood in the evening.

Dining Area The dining area is open plan to the lounge and kitchen and all 3 rooms offer beautiful panoramic mountain views. The dining room offers seating for 8 people round a dining room table.

Moraira is an old fishing village, which has not been spoilt by development. There are many good restaurants, varying in price, quality shops, bars and a few clubs. It is not a rowdy resort, but has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The beach is sandy with a beach bar. There is a large, weekly market in the town with everything from ceramics to leather, fruit and produce and local art and craft. There is a craft market every evening in the summer in the town centre.

Sports: Every sport is catered for. There are many good golf clubs in the area. Water sports abound locally and there are tennis courts, a super go-kart track. There is a marina where boats can be hired. Also in the marina is a good restaurant which is open to non-members.
