CASA PABLO is situated in a lovely, quiet area called Pinar de Advocat, minutes away from the village of Moraira which boasts great restaurants and bars, safe sandy beaches and an upmarket marina with an international yacht club There are excellent supermarkets and the medical centres are second to none. CASA PABLO is a spacious, inviting villa with a hint of luxury. You can relax on the elevated terrace with a glass of sangria, whilst enjoying a meal or you can sit and simply take in the fabulous scenery. There is also a rooftop terrace which is perfect for a suntrap solarium or stargazing at night.

The lower terraces within the gardens are ideal for BBQs, socialising, sunbathing and games. Here there are many tables and chairs and large canvas canopies for shade. The swimming pool area is chic with Moorish lighting and mosaic tiling. It's a private area with gates for safety and peace of mind for parents. The pool is 8m by 4m with graduating roman steps to gently enter in by. There are sunbeds with comfy cushions, an outdoor shower and for the energetic there is a sizeable springboard to dive off. In the heat of the day this is an oasis for the family and just to finish it off, in true style, there is a tree shaded corner with a hammock to flop into.

Indoors you will find a spacious lounge seating 12 people comfortably. It is a beautiful room with Asian rugs, chandeliers and French settees and is equipped with a TV that is connected to u.k. satellite television. There is also a DVD and cd player. An important facility is the air conditioning system which supports the upper level of the house adequately in those hot months. For winter visitors there is a grand open fireplace. There is a separate dinning room seating 10 for more formal eating. The recently fitted pine kitchen is stylish and is fully equipped. There is a small laundry room adjacent to it. On the lower level of the villa there is a kitchenette area. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a lovely balcony. There are two more double bedrooms. One is an ensuite and the other has French doors opening to the garden. Also there is a large twin bedroom and finally a bedroom with a single bed
