Just 1000m from the sea and set in a quiet residential area on a pine covered hillside it's south facing and has lovely sea views. The villa is 3min drive from the beach, local supermarket and bank and 10min from both Calpe and Moraira.

Within 5 minutes drive there's a tennis club, a sailing and windsurfing school, a scuba diving school and a pleasant nearby seaside restaurant. Within 30 minutes there are 4 excellent golf courses. These prices include the use of the property as a holiday rental, welcome pack, utilities (water, gas and electricity), use of the telephone (but not the cost of telephone calls) and provision of linen and towels (but not beach towels). There is an additional charge of €10/£9 per head per week for cleaning and €10/£9 per head per week for laundry. By arrangement it may sometimes be possible to start and end your rental on a day other than Saturday, with a minimum of at least 7 nights paid for. To secure a reservation we require payment of 20% of the total value of the booking payable by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
