BEAUTIFUL 4 BEDROOMS VILLA WITH SWIMMINGPOOL JUST TEN MINUTES WALKING FROM BEACH AND CENTER MORAIRA! Casa Danielle is a charming, well equipped typically Spanish villa. There is a main part with a lounge/dining room, separate nice kitchen,1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with separate bathroom. The detached apartment has also 2 bedrooms en 1 bathroom. So it is appropriate for a large family or for friends wishing to holiday together. There is a television with all English channels and a DVD player. In the hole villa is wireless internet.

There is a spacious 8 x 4 m swimming pool with much privacy and a large patio area with deckchairs to relax in the sun or if you want in the shadow of the surrounding trees. The entrance to the main house has a staircase of 4 steps, the rest is all flat area. There is an over covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and patio, and with sea views. Spacious off road parking. To go to the village you do not need a car, you can walk over the pavement or through the vineyards in 10 min to town, restaurants, beach. Only 5 minutes walk to friday market.

Moraira & Surrounding Area: Moraira & the surrounding countryside is one of the most beautiful areas of Spain. The coastline has many rocky coves & small bays .Moriara,once an old fishing port, is now a very fashionable and popular resort boasting blue flag beaches, promonades and a marina with many good restaurants. The Jalon Valley and Guadalest are also very beautiful and worth a visit. Fridays are a must for the local market with its incredible fresh products. Twenty minutes drive to buzzing Javea with its spectacular beach and large promenade full of family dining. Calpe is also a twenty minute drive again full of shops and superb beaches. There are many golfcourts in the neighbourhood. We have 2 complete golfsets with bags, trolleys, which you can use on demand.

Golf: There are many golfcourses in the neighbourhood: Ifach (9 holes), la Sella (18 holes), Oliva Nova Golf (18 holes), Villaitana Poniente en Villaitana Levante (2 x 18 holes), Many courses in Valencia, La Galiana Golf (18holes).

Access to the property will not be permitted if payment has not been made in full. A refundable security deposit of €300 is also payable at the time the final balance is paid. It is the tenant’s responsibility to exercise due care with regards to the accommodation which should be left in a similar state of cleanliness and condition. Any damages or excessive amount of cleaning will result in some or all of the security deposit being retained by the owner. Where applicable, the deposit will be refunded no later than one week after the end of your stay and can be paid directly into your bank account. Cancellation of the booking prior to the final payment will result in the initial deposit being retained. Cancellation after the full payment has been made will result in the full payment being retained. Cleaning costs 100 Euro. Towels provided. Linen provided. The rental prices include electricity and gas, except in the period November till February. LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT: If booked within 2 weeks before arrival you get a discount of 20%! Then you pay the total amount on day of arrival at our villa manager. This offer is not valid in the months july and august!
