Distances & further details: Distances: The drive from Alicante airport is about an hour and from Valencia airport about an hour and a quarter. A car is essential as there is much to see and do in this area. Nearest beach 2 mi, nearest supermarket 1/4 mi, nearest pub/bar/restaurant 1/4 mile. Cheap car hire from SolMar,CarJet, RentSpain, Iberocar Solmar, Recordrentacar and Mr Car. Further details: Other amenities in the urbanisation include a bank, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. There is also a horse riding centre on Cumbre del Sol. The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. The newly completed Lirios commercial centre has a bakery, restaurants and an Irish Pub, "The Old Library" hosting live music, and karaoke twice a week and is 5 min drive from the villa. Nearby is the beautiful resort of Moraira which has a marina, smart shops and a sandy beach. Moraira is a classy small town, elegantly built, and with dozens of high quality restaurants.

Departing guests are asked to vacate the villa by 10:00 am and incoming guests can access the villa from 4:00 pm. Occasionally we are able to accommodate a different changeover day. Please enquire. Booking dates will be held for 7 days pending receipt of a signed booking form. £100 security deposit is payable with the balancing payment. This will be returned within 7 days from the end of your holiday providing our manager confirms no damage has occurred. Door keys are special security keys and cost €90 each to replace. If lost this will be deducted from the security deposit. Accessibility: The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems. -The villa is set within a pretty garden. There is a patio with dining table and six chairs for dining 'alfresco'. Sun loungers with cushions are provided. A gas barbecue with burners, grill and hood is available. There are large umbrellas to provide protection from the sun. Private 8mx4m swimming pool with steps. The garden has an automatic watering system. Coast/beach: Cala Moraig is a local pebbly beach and can be reached in about 4 minutes by car. Moraira and El Portet beaches are about 12 minutes away. These are both beautiful beaches with lovely sand and good facilities. Moraira still has a small fishing fleet and fresh fish can be purchased from the Pescateria. Javea, Denia and Calpe are also easily reached in around 20 minutes by car. All these towns have numerous shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. Golf: There are several golf courses within a 20 min drive. Javea Golf Club is about 10 min away. This is a nine hole course and is open all year round. La Sella Club is around 15 min drive near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes. There is a members bar open to the public and facilities include a driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, lounge bar restaurant and swimming pool. Oliva Golf Club (half an hour north) has a testing course designed by Seve Ballesteros. It boasts 18 holes, par 72, a little over 7000 m. There is also a shop, driving range, restaurant and swimming pool. Denia, and Calpe also have open golf courses. Special interest holidays: Tennis courts are available to hire a few minutes walk from the villa. Boats and Jet Skis available for hire in Moraira. To the east, near Benidorm, there is Mundomar Marine Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura and Aqualandia Water Park.
