The Accommodation comprises of a Lounge with Patio Doors opening onto a spacious Terrace for 'Al Fresco Dining with stunning open views, there is a built in BBQ and steps leading down to the Private 8x4 Swimming Pool sep Dining Area, Modern Fitted Kitchen & Family Bathroom and Master Bedroom with Patio leading to the Upper Terrace. Downstairs on the Ground Level there are two Double Bedrooms and one Twin Bedroom sharing one fully refurbished Shower Room. The Villa has Sky Television plus Spanish Digital TV & Air Con. Outside the Villa has low maintenance Gardens with flowering shrubs, a Pond and terracing for Sun Bathing. Moraira & Javea: The holiday accommodation on offer is situated 2.5km from the beaches of Moraira and approx 8km from Javea. Both towns boast Beautiful coastlines, spectacular Mountain ranges and a relatively unspoilt and quiet ambience. Moraira lies in a bay and is ideal for all year round visiting. It offers a wide variety of Shops and Historic buildings and has an array of roadside Cafes, Bars and Restaurants along a brightly lit Promenade which is excellent for having a relaxing drink in the Evenings. Javea has three main areas, the Historic Old Town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional Fishing Port with it´s own Marina and the Arenal the bustling heart with a beautiful Sandy Beach and a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants facing the beautiful mediterranean Sea. Both Moraira and Javea offer a wide range of entertainment for all ages and each Town has a weekly Market.

Nearby areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: The property is less than One Hour away by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a Themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful picturesque historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Calpe with its well known 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Denia.

Guest Reviews Oct 09 This is our 5th time to Moraira and this villa will take some beating. It had everything (and more) that we needed, was only short drive to town and beaches. The area was so peaceful in a quiet cul-de-sac and only a short walk to the Swiss Hotel. The owners were extremely helpful , not only with the booking , but also whilst we were there. May 10 Wow what a lovely place to stay, the area was really peaceful and relaxing a great place to unwind. Villa is very well equipped providing everything you need, kids loved the Pool and feeding the fish in the Pond. June 10 Had a lovely time, 3 wks passed too quickly we really do not want to leave, loved the terrace having a quiet drink in the evening, what a tranquil area, Internet great and kids loved the Wii, July 10 Had a brilliant time, weather fab villa excellent we will definately return Aug 10 It was a pleasure to arrive to such a clean & tidy Villa.
