The double bedroom and lounge both have patio doors leading onto the extremely large terrace which boasts spectacular views of the med and mountains where it captures the sun most of the day and also in the winter months, where dining al fresco can be enjoyed.

The many sporting facilities including golf, water sports and horse riding ensures variety for all the family. It is very close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It has a shared pool, private garage and a spacious interior which makes it a perfect summer holiday location or a winter sun retreat.

The Costa Almeria, is located in the southeastern corner of Spain between the Costa del Sol and the Costa Calida. The coastline has many kilometres of fine sandy beaches. Visitors feel a sense of exploration here as many of the coves can only be reached on foot. This area is particularly popular with nature lovers and back-packers. The most popular coastal village is San José. To the west of Almeria is the tourist resorts of Roquetas de Mar and Aguadulce. At the north of the Costa de Almeria is the naturist beaches of Vera and also the Aqua Park. Mojacar is a little further south. Alcazaba castle is worth a visit in Almeria City and also the old fishing port of Adra.

Mojacar Area: Mojacar is a beautiful and romantic corner of Spain. The sea with it’s long sandy beach is overlooked by the old town perched high on a hill with white washed houses and cobbled streets, It has a Moorish appearance and in June there is the Fiesta of the Christians and the Moors The villiage has commanding views and dramatic landscapes with a truly welcoming atmosphere. It is not a surprise that visitors return to Mojacar year after year. It has all year round warm temperatures which attract tourists to play on it's many golf courses including the most recently appointed Macenas and Dessert Springs just up the coast. There are many activities to enjoy including an Aqua Park at Vera, sight seeing in Grenada, authentic Spanish markets to explore or a trip to the caves of Sorbas or just relax and enjoy the sun and sea.

How to get there: The airport of Almeria is about 45 minutes away from Mojacar. In the season many British Airports fly into Almeria and certain ones in the winter. Alicante is also an airport about 1.5 hours from Mojacar but many UK airports and airlines fly into Alicante. Murcia Airport is abot 60 minutes and again has many fights from UK airports. Car Hire can be sought on the web and it is useful to shop round for best prices.
