No 7 Puerto Marina is a o­ne double bedroomed Apartment with stunning views across the Mediterranean to all rooms. The Apartment was completed in February 2004. The Apartment can have a maximum of two adults and two children or three adults (the second bed being a double sofa bed). It has a washing machine, full size oven and hob, microwave, full size fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, etc.

It has a 30 foot terrace which can be accessed through patio doors in both the lounge and the bedroom, with sunbeds and dining furniture. It is fully air-conditioned with units in both lounge and bedroom and also ceiling fans. These units provide heating in winter months. There are two swimming pools. The apartment is on the 4th floor so will not be suitable for those with mobility problems.

Mojacar: Mojacar is a low key resort, perfect for families, and couples both young and not so young. There are no high rise hotels, or obvious nightclubs. It has a wonderfully quite safe promenade that runs for miles with a separate cycle lane, a fantastic space for scooters, or roller blades, the beach runs for miles and even in high season there is plenty space. There are lots of restaurants catering for all tastes, English, Chinese, Indian, Italian, and Mexican and of course Spanish. Mojacar Village, which is set on a hilltop above the beach resort, is typically Moorish with whitewashed walls and winding streets. The surrounding area includes the Water Dam at Cuevas De Almanzora, the National Park at Cabo de Gata, a Water park at Vera, Minihollywood, and the old Fishing Port of Garrucha. There are two large weekly markets, Wednesday at Mojacar Village and Fridays at Garrucha. If you want peace and relaxation with just the right amount of things for children to do this is for you.
