This property is in a small complex of 16 apartments in an elevated position giving fantastic sea and mountain views. The terrace is south facing, therefore capturing the sun from midday until it sets behind the sierra nevada mountains. It has all the facilities that you need close by, shops, restaurants, ten pin bowling, beach and nightlife all within 5 minutes walking distance. The beach in the bay is ideal for all ages and during the summer months there are various activities e.g canoeing, pedaloes, banana boat and donut together with a bar.

This property is ideal for both holiday lets and longer winter lets as the wood burner keeps you warm and cosy on those sometimes chilly evenings and because the terrace is south facing the apartment is warmed by the sun during the day. This is a quiet and peaceful location ideal for chilling out and topping up the tan especially around the sheltered pool area.
