This beautiful, fully air conditioned, spacious apartment has more of a ' Villa ' feel about it, as every room, including the kitchen, leads out to a terrace giving spectacular, panoramic views. Situated in a private, safe complex with a large cummunal pool, and only a few minutes walk to the sea front, with beautiful beaches, shops, and bars. Large, comfortable lounge/dining room with English & Spanish Satelite TV ( BBC’s, ITV’s etc )and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom and the second bedroom is fitted with twin beds. Both bathrooms contain a full sized bath, shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The roof terrace, accessed by an outside spiral staircase, is ideal for sun worshippers and has breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the mountains at the rear.Cot, high chair & buggy are available to hire. Location: This fully air conditioned, spacious apartment is situated in a safe, residential complex at La Mata on Mojacar Playa, which has its own beautiful, private gardens and large swimming pool.The location is ideal for a relaxing, tranquil holiday. A leisurely 5 minute stroll takes you approximately 500 metres to the beach, shops and bars. The beautifull sandy beaches, cosmopoliton bars and restaurants of Mojacar Playa stretch for 8 kilometres. There are many weekly markets in the area, Mojacar, up in the old village, every Wednesday, and the neighbouring villages of Turre and Garrucha, every Friday. A 10 minute drive along the coastroad takes you to Vera's Water Park which is a hit with the kids and adults, as is Go Carting, which is approx. a 5 minute drive away on the outskirts of the neighbouring fishing village Garrucha.
