Delightful town house with roof terrace in Mojacar, Costa Almeria

Situated in a small, well established development of similar properties, with lovely communal gardens and a superb swimming pool, the house benefits from two front terraces, a large roof terrace and an enclosed rear garden with a palm tree, flowering shrubs and a table and chairs for outside dining. Sleeping a maximum of four in one large double bedroom and one twin-bedded room, the house has a full bathroom with shower over the bath and a ground floor toilet and washbasin. The development is 5 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, as well as local supermarkets.

The roof terrace, with sun loungers, has stunning views to the sea, and has the spectacular Sierra Cabrera mountains as a backdrop. There is an additional table and chairs on the bedroom terrace - ideal for breakfast in the sunshine. A friendly bar/restaurant with its own swimming pool is approx 200 metres away. Car hire is recommended to explore this fascinating region of Spain, steeped in Moorish history.

Mojacar is otherwise known as 'Spain's best kept secret' Where is Mojacar ? Mojacar is situated on the South-East coast of Spain. It is just 45 minutes drive from Almeria Airport and 2 hours South of Alicante Airport. Dining Area Seating for 4 in the inside dining area. There is a dining table and four chairs in the enclosed rear garden area which has the sun on it from lunchtime to sunset.

Travelling times by car from the nearest airports are approx:- Almeria 1 hour, Murcia 2 hours, Alicante 2.5 hours and Granada 2.5 hours - all by Motorway. Airlines to check include Ryanair, Easyjet, BMIbaby, Monarch, Jet2, Mytravel. Granada airport is served by Ryanair from Stansted. Electricity and gas are included in the rental. There are electric fans in each of the bedrooms and for those cooler days in autumn and spring, a wood -burning stove. An iron &ironing board are provided. The property benefits from lockable shutters at each of the doors & windows, providing both security & shade.

Other Activities: There is a scuba diving centre nearby, horseriding, quadbike trekking and a lawn bowling centre.
