Spacious, attractive self catering 3 Bedroom Penthouse apartment at Marina Golf & Beach Resort suitable for families, couples, golfing parties. The property is tastefully decorated throughout and includes the following spec -Furnished lounge/diner with table seating for 6. Two double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom with two single beds. Kitchen with utility area.

Outside there is a large balcony with table and chairs offering wonderful sea views. Because this is the penthouse we have the added benefit of a 47m2 solarium which isn't overlooked what-so-ever. The property is 10 minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and the golf course. A water park is a 10 minute drive away, and 3 other golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. There are many shops, restaurants and bars situated along Mojacar Playa and nearby Garrucha.

Location: This penthouse apartment situated on Marina de la Torre is situated between Mojacar and Garrucha, overlooking the Marina Golf Course, with a Hotel and Casino Complex situated close by, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Golf: Situated between the two halves of the Marina Gold Club, Mojacar. The course is a par 72, 5566 yard course. There are a further 3 courses within a 10 mile radius, Valle del Este is a par 71, 5827 yard course, Desert Spring a par 72, 6231 yard course. Cortigo Grande is a nine hole course of par 70, 5794 yards.

The Local Area: There are some beautiful towns in the area. The neighbouring town of Garrucha is a fishing town with yacht marina and palm tree lined promenade. Mojacar pueblo is a typically Moorish whitewashed village set in the hills above the beach resort. There is a myriad of choice of restaurants in these and other local villages. Within 5 minutes walk of the apartment are three 4* hotels where you will be welcome to enjoy their entertainment. Internet access is available here also. There are three Natural Parks in the Province of Almeria. Additionally there is also the only desert in Europe where there is a mini Hollywood which has been the location for many Western movies. On a visit here you can see Wild West shootouts, public hangings and bank robberies. Climate This part of Spain offers the best climate in the country.
