The house has a sun terrace at ground and first floor level and a very large roof terrace offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Sierra Cabrerra mountains. The area abounds with good bars and restaurants and all amenities and activities are within easy reach.
Mojacar is a low rise cosmopolitan resort with 5km of sandy beaches, some of which have been awarded the EEC Blue Flag. The area has a wonderful climate and enjoys more hours of sunshine than any other part of Spain.
