There is LEVEL ACCESS from our front patio into the pool and garden area & then straight out from here onto the BEACH area. This is the Perfect Location for a FAMILY and for COUPLES who wish to have their own privacy having SEPARATE BATHROOMS and BEDROOMS on each floor! Casa Bonita is in an Exclusive setting and provides a Tranquil oasis.

There are 3 terraces, the Large rear upper terrace provides PRIVATE sunbathing with a Wooded outlook and Partial Mountain View, the front upper terrace is accessed directly from the Master bedroom and has Pool Garden & Sea views and provides an additional area for Sunbathing. There is FREE on street parking around the community. There are several Golf courses within easy reach. This holiday is suitable for the less able/fit and wheelchair users having LEVEL access from the roadside into the House, Garden, Pool & BEACH areas, particularly as the Ground Floor Accommodation has the Kitchen Bathroom Lounge/Dining and Bedroom facilities.

Location: Mojacar Playa is an UNSPOILT and Unique Resort with NO HIGH RISE developments permitted having 9KM of sandy beaches with the SIERRA CABRERAS Mountains as a backdrop and lies beneath the hillside MOORISH Town of Mojacar Pueblo with it's Whitewashed houses cool courtyards and cobbled streets steeped in History. Whether it is sailing fishing golf or water sports that take your fancy or simply relaxing on an Uncrowded beach or around the pool soaking up the sun you will find it and more in and around MOJACAR which is renowned for it's 300 plus days of sunshine and is an All Year Resort. Restaurants abound catering for all cuisines Bars and Shops are all within easy reach. The Sierra Nevada SKI RESORT and GRANADA with it's World Heritage ALHAMBRA Moorish Palaces are around a 2 hour drive away. Golf: DESERT SPRINGS Holes:18 - Par:72 - Length/m:6173 Desert Springs has constructed Europe's first and only Arizona style desert golf course. The Indiana course, designed by Peter McEvoy, offers the golfer new, unseen and unique challenges. Each platformed tee is surrounded by cactus, rock and flowering plantations and each hole has features that can be brought into play; the springs, watercourses, dry river beds, rock and cactus areas and bunkers are strategically located to examine the skills of golfers of all standards. MARINA GOLF Holes:18 - Par:72 - Length/m:5338 designed by Ramón Espinosa, opens up the eastern Almería region to Andalucía's ongoing golf/tourism boom. Marina Golf covers 5,464 metres and has two distinct halves. The first, holes 1, 2 and 12 to 18 running parallel to the sea is flat and forgiving while the other half, holes 3 to 11, takes a detour behind a hill and follows more undulating terrain. There are three large lakes affecting ten holes. Spectacular views await the golfer on the 3rd tee with the par-5 hole dropping dramatically 65 metres towards a lake and green some 485 metres distant.

Guest Book: Review Submitted: July 17, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009 Had a lovely holiday in Casa Bonita – the gardens of Pueblo Diana are beautiful and offer peace and quiet by the pool. Close enough to all amenities such as bars, restaurants and the beach. The Casa is very well equipped with everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom upstairs and downstairs is fantastic for privacy and plenty of space for two couples or a family. Booking again for this next year - can't wait to get back in the pool! Review Submitted: August 17, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009 Arrived to find very clean accomodation, five of us staying so with a double sofa bed in lounge, two baths, two showers, two toilets and three terraces we were very nicely accomodated. Facilities good, made, two dinners in kitchen and had two bbqs, plenty of crockery and glasses. Kids made good use of ps2, sunbeds for pool, chairs for beach, hot water, good location, clean pool, well maintained grounds, what else can you ask for. Will be going back, we all loved our stay. Pool good for all abilities, showers around pool, good Thai downstairs, Da Vincis nice but expensive, lots of other estaurants, all very good.Good days out in less than an hours drive, (water park, Gabo de Gata, Garrucha, Vera) Da Vincis Loved it all!
