Payment required in euros, exact amount dependent on current exchange rate. We would be happy to negotiate a lower rate during the winter months for those wishing a longer rental period. Please note that a minimum booking deposit of 300 Euros is required at the time of booking. A minimum of 50% of the total rental is required at least two months before the rental commences. In the case of cancellation at least two months notice is required for the return of any deposits made. On arrival we require a 250 Euro cash deposit held in case of accidental damage.
