This large and very spacious country villa is set within an acre of peaceful landscaped lawns and gardens . The house is situated in a very private, exclusive area between Mijas and Fuengirola, enjoying panoramic views down to the sea and up to the backdrop of the Mijas mountains .
We have our own back road up to Mijas - 5 minutes in the car . The coastal town of Fuengirola is 8minutes down the main road .
Shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches , water parks, the famous Mijas donkeys, supermarkets, local markets,Wednesday Flamenco shows, Local wine tasting at Birdie Vinos - all within 5- 10 minute drive.
Balconies and patios surround the house and look down onto the generously sized swimming pool - 39' x 19'. This area is well equipped with garden furniture, a large pergola for pool - side entertaining and two BBQs. The Swedish owner has built a sauna lodge, equipped with shower & toilet next to the swimming pool .

Rental =May 9 - Nov 1st only . Maid Service is twice weekly . Pool maintenance and gardener are included. The house manager,Kristian, will be at Casa Leoville, with the house keys , awaiting your arrival and will show you round . He is also available on his mobile for any advice, problems etc . My caretakers live 2 minutes away and are available for taxi service, meal preparation/cooking, baby sitting, BBQ's, extra shopping . Meet & Greet service at Malaga airport also available - ask for detals. |
