Balcones de Mijas is set in a private Urbanization in Buena Vista, near Mijas which means beautiful views. The view is one of the most stunning on the coast and on a clear day you can see Africa & the Atlas mountains. The villa (190m²) is set in a peaceful location in a gated development which has a communal pool & landscaped gardens. Its Southwest facing and only 4 minutes from the A7 (N340), supermarket, bars & restaurants. Mijas is also a few minutes away by bus or car.
Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board and coffee machine.
Living Rooms: Living / dining room is fully fitted with table / chairs, 2 three seater leather sofas, TV & DVD/CD player.
3 Bedrooms: Master Bedroom - double bed, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
