Secluded, Spacious Villa set in 4 acres with Outstanding Panoramic Views

This lovely secluded villa with 5 bedrooms and a private pool has all the modcons available and is set in 4 acres of land. It is ideal for a family holiday. The views are extraordinary towards the sea and the mountains. Mijas village with its restaurants, local shops and tourist attractions is within walking distance (uphill) but a car is essential. Apart from the swimming pool, there are local tennis courts and/or horses for hire. The closest golf is Alhaurin Golf which is 12 minutes away. The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The accommodation is on two floors: First floor has the master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite. There are two further twin bedrooms with a shower room. A large living room with a separate arab seating area has a television. The large open terrace has seating arrangements for 10 people and can be shaded by a sun awning. Groundfloor consists of a dining room for 10 , a fully fitted kitchen with all the modcon two groundfloor bedrooms, one double with en-suite spa bathroom and one twin bedroom. A covered terrace with additional table overlooks the pool and the garden area.
