Rest of the year flexible. Security Deposit 400 Euro is required on arrival, which will be refunded on the day of departure less costs incurred for excess electricity (above allowance of 75 kW). Final Cleaning 60€ WIFI ADSL Internet available . All the above rates include: water, weekly maid service, pool and garden maintenance, linen/towels (except pool towels).
