Welcome to our luxury 2 bedroom apartment near Mijas Pueblo Spain. It is situated in a secure gated community development with 2 outdoor pools. The apartment has a large South West facing covered terrace which is perfect for al-fresco dining. There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with bath and the other servicing the 2nd double bedroom complete with shower. The lounge/dining area is open plan, spacious and features a lovely fireplace, flatscreen 32' LCD TV with Sky and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch appliances and has a handy utility room. There is full air-conditioning throughout.

The location is only 15 minutes from Malaga airport on the new Costa Del Sol by-pass Road and is close to the many superb golf courses including La Cala & Santana. It is just below Mijas Pueblo which is a lovely white village with great restaurants and it's own bull-ring. The coast is 10 minutes by car and Marbella & Malaga close by. It has garage parking with a lift to the front door. As from the start of 2010 the indoor facilities will be commissioned which include heated indoor pool,jacuzzi,steam room and sauna! The social club is now operational with TV/DVD library,games and toys for the kids.

Location: The apartment is in a secure gated complex and is situated off the road from Fuengirola to Mijas Pueblo which is 5 minutes by car. Mijas has many fine restaurants and bars and a great view from The Mirador over the coast and to Africa and Gibraltar on a clear day. Great shopping is available in Mijas as well as Marbella and the lovely city of Malaga. We recommend visiting Granada (2 hrs), Cordoba(3hrs) and Ronda(1 hr). Benalmadena and Cabopino offer great restaurants(15 mins). It is also close to superb golf courses such as Mijas, La Cala and Santana.There is a fantastic waterpark at Fuengirola for the kids as well as the fantastic clean beaches which the coast is famous for. Boat trips & deep sea fishing are available at most of the nearby ports. For glamour you can't beat Marbella & Puerto Banus and we recomend the lovely beach restaurants where tapas and fine wine are a must especially in the evening. Regular bus service to/ from Mijas/Fuengirola. Airport (15 mins).
