This luxury first floor air conditioned apartment (hot and cold air) is furnished to a very high standard with marble floors and has a private terrace with sun beds overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. It also boasts wonderful sea and mountain views. There is a secure underground car parking space adjacent to the elevator which will take you to the first floor.The apartment is close to shops and excellent restaurants and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and bars. Within the gated complex there are lawns, 2 full size swimming pools with sunbeds and two children’s pools.

Rancho C is part of the beautiful Miraflores resort with its excellent facilities including golf, tennis, bowls and a clubhouse with bar, restaurant and cabaret. The apartment is situated approximately 1 hour from Gibraltar and 20 minutes from Marbella by car. Car hire and welcome packs can be arranged for you. It is a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport and just 2 hours drive from skiing in Granada. It is close to bars and restaurants some of which are only a few minutes walk away. A brand new quiet complex 1/2 kilometre walk from a lovely sandy beach. It is ideally situated for all the attractions on the Costa del Sol and 30-40 top class golf courses are situated on this stretch of the coast.
