Lovely Modern three bedroom, three bathroom Villa situated on Camposol in Mazzaron. Our beautifully furnished villa will appeal to many and offers a wealth of home from home comforts. Suitable for families( not young children) or two/three couples sharing with enough privacy for all. The large top floor offers privacy and seclusion with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and sofa bed. Views from this terrace to the mountains behind and gardens below are breathtaking. The villa is situated on sector D, a quiet and private area and only a short walk to the 18 hole golf club and Luxury 5* Sensol Spa. This villa is also available to rent for 2-4 persons ( out of main season)at a reduced rate , the top floor bedroom/terrace will be locked off. A car is recommended to explore the mountains and secluded coves and beaches of Mazarron, not forgetting the shopping in Murcia. A selecion of Spanish restuarants are avaiable in Mazzaron or the lovely town of Totana.

Laze around the private pool sunbathing or spend sometime relaxing in the jacuzzi with views of the mountains and garden. A private shaded pergoda will offer a break from the midday sun and offers a lovely view of the pool above and gardens. Relaxing sun loungers are provided around the garden and terraces.

Situated only a fifteen minute drive from the local beaches of Mazzaron with many additional beaches nearby. Walkers and cyclists have a large variety of choice. This area offers a wealth of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, with local caught fish offered on many menu's. Try a menu del Dias (from 8 Euros ~three course ) or some wonderful Tapas. Out and about: The historic town of Cartagena offers a wonderful array of shops and a wealth of history, with the famous Guns guarding the entrance to Cargagena harbour. It turned out to be far more spacious than we thought it would be. The garden area is huge and very well kept and the mountain views are simply stunning. Sitting on the terrace, you couldn't wish for a better panorama. The pool is an excellent size and was ample for our 2 sons (aged 12 and 15) as well as us to have all the room we wanted (and more) in there. I would comment that your website photographs do not do it justice. Everybody was very impressed with how much room there was in the villa and around the pool and patio areas. The pool was excellent and, with the extreme heat, a welcome sanctuary during many parts of the day and evening.We had to virtually drag the children out on many occasions otherwise they would have been in there all of the time. Latest News .... Paramount MGM arrive in Murcia.. December 2011 : Further detailed plans for the Paramount theme park to be built in Murcia , a short drive form Mazarron, were revealed on Friday. Jesus Samper, President for the company responsible for the project along with executives from Paramount licensing, revealed that the theme park will take four years to construct and will open in 2015. By 2020 the theme park is expected to attract five million visitors per year, that’s 50% more than Porta Ventura, currently Spain’s largest theme park. The first area called “City Adventure” will include three major attractions. One of them will be based on the film Titanic and will feature a huge reproduction of the ocean liner. This area will also host one of three roller coasters to be built in the park based on “The Italian Job” and a virtual reality feature entitled “Mission Impossible”. The second area, “Lost Valley”, will feature a water ride recreating a trip down the Congo river along with a recreation of the crypt from Tomb Raider and a rollercoaster based on the legend of Beowulf. Especially designed for children is the “Woodland Fantasy” area. A more tranquil offering, dominated by a large tree and featuring magic workshops and interactive adventures including one based on the “Spiderwick Chronicles”. Plaza Futura is the cutting edge technology area which will feature Star Trek and a spectacular recreation of “War of the Worlds”. Not for the faint hearted this area will feature a passage of terror based on the feature film “Paranormal Activity”. The park is to be built on 108 acres of land in Alhama de Murcia just 20 minutes from the new international airport at Corvera which opens early in 2012 and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.

New Airport Direct 2012 U.S. film studios Paramount, through its division Paramount Licensing (PLI) have reported that they have reached an agreement to build a theme park in the community of Murcia. The executive director of marketing for PLI, Darren Kyman, has said it reached an agreement to establish a large entertainment center associated with the production of Paramount in the Spanish region, while the Hollywood company will not participate in the project as investor. PLI will be involved in the planning phase of the theme park which Paramount will have the brand, and provide the conceptual design of the facility, while granted a license to that used elements of his films in the operation of the complex. Agreement with the Santa Monica Community "We believe that Murcia is a great opportunity to bring Europe a Paramount Film Park and look forward to working with the regional government of Murcia and Santa Monica Financial Services SA to develop this exciting project," said Michael Corcoran, president of Paramount Licensing, in a statement. Bartok, Executive Vice President of PLI, highlighted the "tourism infrastructure" Murcia and the "strong support" of the regional government based on the time to reach an agreement. According to Bartok there are "ideal conditions" that will allow "first-class entertainment for the Spanish and the growing number of international visitors."
