This unique four bedroom detached villa with stunning sea and mountain views has recently been completely renovated to a very high standard with four brand new en suite bathrooms all with air conditioning, a new kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, American fridge freezer and marble worktops. There are four double bedrooms and all the beds, linen and towels are also new along with a lot of the furnishings. It has been tastefully decorated with a mixture of modern and traditional furnishings. The spacious lounge with air conditioning has new leather settees with seating for 8, flat screen satelite tv, wood burner and a bar with patio doors leading on to terrace overlooking the pool. There is an open plan dining room off the lounge with table and chairs for 8.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is also a sat tv in the main bedroom. There is a well established garden with lovely plants, flowers and trees with private pool, patio furniture and sun beds. There is also a spacious roof terrace with outside garden furniture with settees, table and chairs and a gas bbq. It is conveniently located in the hills above Elviria in the Santa Maria area. Less than five minutes drive to Elviria where you will find many nice restaurants, bars and shops. The sandy beach is less than two kilometres away. There is lots of night life in Elviria and you will also find the famous Don Carlos Hotel with Piano bar and the Niki Beach restaurant and beach club.
