Jardines de Dona Maria is located centrally between the town of Marbella and its neighbour Puerto Banus, its is a secure gated development hosting 44 Town Houses sharing two pools, one childrens pool and park, a padel tennis court, a fully equipped gym with table tennis and saunas. It has it's own private gated garden, making it ideal for young families, with BBQ and access to one of the swimming pools.The beautiful landscaped gardens make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The property has a secluded roof top terrace and affords superb 360 panoramic views of the La Concha mountains and surrounding area.

The town house comprises entrance hall off which is the fitted kitchen consisting of hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and access to a enclosed patio. The lounge/dining area is large in size, equipped with Sat TV and in turn has access to the East facing terrace and garden which is mainly laid to grass. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master with en suit jacuzzi bathroom and the 2 twin bedrooms which share the family bathroom. From the landing stairs rise to the roof top terrace which is the full size of the property and makes the ideal place for sunbathing. The property can also be accessed via the underground garage where there is parking for 2 cars. At this lower level there is a games room with a pool table. This is also where the sofa bed is located for the additional 2 guests. Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.

Location Location Location: Jardines de Dona Maria is situated on the Golden Mile just a 5 minute drive either to Marbella or Puerto Banus and within walking distance of one of Spains most exclusive areas. The fabulous Puento Romano Hotel with its live summer concerts and the Marbella Club Hotel with its famous beach club are close by as are an abundance of chic restaurants and bars, not to mention the nightclub Olivia Valere with its elegant and stunning decor. The beach is approx a 15 minute walk where you will find various beach bars and restaurants on the promenades which lead you to either Marbella or Puerto Banus.

Further Information: The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
