Apartment with 2 double bedrooms (120 sq m) in Playas del Duque, one of the most sought after beachfront complexes beside Puerto Banus and residents enjoy award winning manicured gardens just on the edge of the best beach, shopping and night life available in Puerto Banus. A Short taxi ride away are Marbella and San Pedro for a more traditional Spanish feel and a host of superb restaurants.

The gardens were a prime selling point when we chose this apartment and the complex is very comfortable and secure. It has direct access to beach and is 200 meters from Puerto Banus. The Complex also has 24 hour 7 day concierge service for guest service and security. Best shopping in Spain. Great restaurants, bars and night life are all around!

Travel / Distances: Malaga Airport 35 miles (see public transport). and Gibralter is 40 minutes as an alternative. Marbella and San Pedro 10 minutes by taxi/public transport. Marbella and San Perdro have many 'special interest' programmes to occupy visitors or plent of great restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk away. The Puerto Banus marina is also 5 minutes away.

Golf / Skiing: Golf Valley Nueva Andalucia (Las Bristas, Aloha and Los Naranjos) is 10 minutes away by car/taxi. Sierra Nevada (Granada) is 2 hours by car.

About the Owner: We live in Ireland and bought the apartment in 1998. We use it as a escape to Spain a few time a year. For the remaining time we let to mature tenants who respect it and look after its contents.

Why the Owner chose this location: Puerto Banus is well known as the tops for holiday and short breaks. It comes with the word famous marina, great shopping, restaurants and night life. Playas del Duque is possibly the best apartment complex in the area and cannot be more convenient. Despite this, it is very quiet complex with 24h 7day concierge service, 4 acres of tropical gardens that lead both directly to the beach and port taxi service. This complex is ideal for visitors who prefer a better standard and the serenity lends itself to complete security and relaxation. There is beautiful Spa next door which can be availed of if required. If all that is too quiet and healthy, the best food and night life is a short walk away. Golf is 10 minutes up the hill with renowned golf courses as Las Bristas, Aloha and Los Nonanjes.
