Very Spacious 5 bedroom Villa its set in the hillside of Las Chapas approximately 5 klm from Marbella and Puerto Banus, very close by is Cabopino,there are many golf courses within easy reach.

This Villa consists of 5 bedrooms, three doubles two have en-suites and two twin bedrooms, the third bathroom can be shared by two of the bedrooms upstairs, one of the double bedrooms downstairs has en suite its on the living area level with patio windows leading onto terrace outside all with fantastic areas to relax and look over the pool , fantastic sea views across the landscape, this villa makes for a very relaxing place to spend your holidays,WIFI optional within the villa 20 euro per week charge.

The Marbella/ Las Chapas Area: The nearest beach from Villa Melaine is Triana this is a very private and quiet beach, if your looking for busier then Cabopino beach is next door, there are several bars and restaurants within the port, the area is famous for the " Chiringuitos " they provide freshly cooked fish on a daily basis there are plenty to choose from and all situated on the beach. Marbella and Puerto Banus is within 15 minutes by car where there is lots of shops bars and restaurants, there is over 50 golf courses within the area and we can arrange tee times in all of these at your request, Santa Clara being the closest to Villa Melanie. There is a Open Cor supermarket at the foot of the hill from the property this is open 365 days a year and 24 hrs a day. The Village Inn on the square can be a relaxing place to have a drink and next door is a small shop with hairdressers and internet cafe. Elvira is the next turn off from Las Chapas were there are plenty amenities including Dentist Pharmacy Banks etc.

.... There is lots to do in the area the holiday resort of Fuengirola 15 minute drive where there is an excellent Zoo and Water park within the town. Mijas Village is also worth a visit, but if you wish to spend a day sightseeing then Ronda is the place to see a special part of the Spanish history.

Further Details: All linen towels are provided but we charge at the end of the stay for the laundry 50 pds per week, the electricity and water is included in the rental price but the air-con is operated by a coin box, 1 euro per 2 hours app. Added extras if required will include paying for air-con, the WIFI connection and paying for the pool to be heated but only if your party wishes to use these extra facilities,the pool heated cost an additional 150pds per week payable at the resort . The Villa is rented on a self-catering basis and will be cleaned and ready for you entry at the agreed times within the contract, if extra cleaning is required please arrange this with local team who will be on your arrival showing the party into the Villa, they will require a 300 euros holding breakage deposit, which will be returned at the end of the stay, the Villa will be check over by the team.

Conditions: The villa will be cleaned to a high standard for your arrival all we ask is you to leave the villa as you find it,our cleaners will come in after your stay and clean the villa for the next arrival the cleaning costs are included in the rental price but you will have to pay 50 pounds per week for the cost of the laundry. if the WIFI connection is required for your stay there will be a 20 euro charge per week for this facility, the villa is set for us to receive the password for WIFI connection. a breakage deposit will be required when the balance of rental agreement is due this will be returned to you after we inspect the villa for any damage that may have occurred during your stay,all rubbish should be disposed of on a daily basis we charge from the breakage deposit if our cleaners have to take any rubbish to the nearby bins
