The apartment is first floor with lift access from underground car parking and ground floor. The lounge and master bedroom open out onto a large private terrace overlooking the gardens and one of the many pools. The bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable each with large built in wardrobe and drawers. There is a separate bathroom for each bedroom one with ensuite bath/shower, toilet, bidet and the other a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the normal equipment. There is a separate utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge is spacious and very comfortable with TV/Freeview and music centre. There is a dining area for 4 persons. The area is very peaceful and free of traffic.

This area is called Costa del Golf. Within 5 mins there is Santa Maria Golf and Greenhills Golf both 18 hole courses. These are open to the public and also have tennis and lawn bowls. You can use their restaurants and sample the Michelin star restaurant at Greenhills. There is a beautiful beach with restaurants at Elviria and many others like Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Mijas Costa, Calahonda, Estepona are nearby. There are so many good beaches to try all offering different water sports. The popular towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are a short distance away or you can drive inland to picturesque Rhonda and Mijas. Take a day trip to Cordoba or Seville or sample the sherry in Jerez. The rock of Gibraltar is a fascinating day trip too. Local supermarkets and restaurants are only a short drive. Visit the local tapas bars to sample the best of Spanish food with a glass of Rioja. Finally enjoy the guaranteed sunshine that this Costa has to offer and go home refreshed and happy.

Golf: Santa Maria Golf course is very close by. It is an 18 hole course and also has facilities such as tennis and lawn bowls. There is also a good and inexpensive restaurant. Greenhills Golf Course is also very close. Likewise it has an 18 hole course and also boasts a Michelin star restaurant.
