The apartment is set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens in the hills of Marbella. Its unrivalled location provides the perfect setting for total relaxation, yet is only a short car drive away from the cosmopolitan and vibrant areas of Puerto Banus and Marbella town.
The penthouse is beautifully located on the complex just a short two minute walk away from the clubhouse which serves exquisite food. It has uninterrupted views over the valley, towards the sea and of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains in the distance. (Tip: excellent base for skiing in the winter - enjoy a few days winter sunshine before a few days skiing in the beautiful Sierra Nevada ski resort).

Our beautiful 3 bedroom duplex (two storey) penthouse was completed in July 2007. It has been furnished to the highest standard with marble floors throughout. On the ground floor it features a beautiful fully fitted kitchen with all top spec appliances, drying room with washer / drier, lounge with sumptuous chocolate leather settees, tv/dvd and open fireplace, internal dining seating for 6, two twin bedrooms with beautiful handcrafted fitted wooden wardrobes, and a luxurious bathroom. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large terracotta terrace with beautiful plants, dining furniture for 8 people and sunloungers. The terrace has uninterrupted views over the Biosphere, towards the sea and in the distance to the Sierra Nevada mountains. Upstairs the master suite is stunning with its very luxurious en-suite including a double shower and jacuzzi bath and a private terrace. The property has ample parking, access lift and 24 hour entrance security.
Local Activities: Just a short two minute walk away from the property is the welcoming clubhouse where you can enjoy a quiet drink or a full meal overlooking the feature lake on the golf course. There is a full breakfast, snack and evening menu. The development also has tennis and paddle courts, gym and sauna, putting green, small shop and childrens play area. A short distance away from El Soto is the Kudu bar which has a friendly atmosphere and serves fantastic food and the Altitude bar (which also delivers pizza!!)! The apartment is also within a 20 minute driving distance of over 30 golf courses in the area to suit all abilities. In particular within a five minute drive are the renowned La Cala and Santa Maria courses. La Cala is the biggest golf development in Spain, with 3 courses, a 6 hole practice short course and the renowned David Leadbetter Academy. The area has also been recomended by many keen mountain bikers as the stunning location and scenery make it perfect for this activity.
Marbella / Local Area: The location of Marbella needs no introduction. This property is ideally placed for those wishing to experience the vibrant area whilst still experiencing true relaxation. The penthouse is ideally placed on the complex with just a short walk to the clubhouse. Within a seven minute car drive is the beautiful town of Elviria with its restaurants, shops, stunning family friendly beach and the famous Nikki Beach based at the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel. Also within a short drive is the stunning port of Cabopino and Puerto Banus with its designer boutiques and department stores and vibrant nightlife. The beautiful white villages of Ojen and Mijas are definitely worth a visit as are Ronda, Seville and Granada. Further afield there is Gibraltar with its wild monkeys! The apartment is ideal for golfers as there are over 30 courses of varying standard to be played locally.
Extras!!! Please note we have at the apartment one set of left and one set of right handed golf clubs which you are very welcome to use. We also have a travelcot and small highchair in the apartment for your use should this be required.
BOOKING The deposit is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc & will be refunded to you after inspection within maximum three days after departure by cheque or bank transfer. This is normally paid to us with the last payment. Cancellation Policy: 50% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. 75% charged if cancelled within 2 weeks BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. 100% charged if cancelled within 7 days BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. Deposit retained whenever cancelled. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your stay then any comments or complaints must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the end of your stay so that we may take appropriate action.
