Deceptively spacious oceanside Villa - Golden Mile - Marbella

Our house is set on the prestigious Golden Mile. Set in lush, green gardens, with a fountain, childrens playground, tennis and paddle tennis court, the complex is a quiet and peaceful place but with practically everything you could need on your doorstep. The luxurious Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotels are just a few hundred metres away and from here you can follow the paseo promenade along the beach- NO ROADS TO CROSS, NO TRAFFIC TO DODGE! - to either Marbella or the fashionable Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, designer boutiques and nightlife. Our house is a 4 bedroom house just 100 metres from the beach and communal swimming pools.

Our house is on 3 floors, from ground floor, where we have a study/den/one bedroom, downstairs loo, kitchen, lounge/diner and patio. On the next floor we have 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and up another flight we have a further bedroom and a bathroom. The study/den/bedroom is equipped with internet access for your use, and office furniture. The lounge/diner is luxurious. Seating for 6 people around the dining table, and the lounge area is tastefully furnished. Both areas have views and sliding doors leading to the terrace. The rear terrace is equipped with garden furniture and large plants for that extra privacy! The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities, granite worksurfaces and is light and airy. A maid service is available, at the expense of the tenant.

The front garden is paved, and has patio furniture. The pools are just 80 metres from the house. Size of pool approximately 23 metres. Youll know youve had a good swim after a couple of lengths in this pool. There is also a childrens pool and the grounds are surrounded by sub tropical plants. There is a lifeguard on duty during the summer months! From the pool, and down a slope you arrive at the GOLDEN MILE PROMENADE and the beach whereby there are numerous beach bars for that al fresco dining! The beaches are clean and safe, with sun loungers to rent out.

Further Information: During the summer season a boat travels from Marbella to Puerto Banus and back every half hour, this is a fantastic trip. Why not sail from Marbella to Puerto Banus, then walk back home taking in the many bars along the way! For the golfers, both Las Brisas and Aloha are just a short drive away. Sotogrande and Valderrama are about 30 minutes away. Why not take a trip to the famous Andalucian white villages, eg, Ronda, Monda and Mijas Pueblo. There are lots of places to visit for the children, eg, Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona, Selwo Safari Park, Sea Life in Benalmadena, Funny Beach in Marbella or the Water Park in Fuengirola! Just a couple of minutes up the road from our house are numerous restaurants, and shops. No need to use the car!

Balance	The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
25% non returnable reservation fee to reserve (please note that there is no confirmation of tenancy until the reservation fee is confirmed by the bank). Additional 75% six weeks prior to arrival along with an €900 returnable security deposit to offset possible damage done by the tenants. We expect our villa to be left in the same condition as it was when the tenants arrived, with the exception of the towels and linen used in the final week. If this is not adhered to, a €200 euros cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time before 11.00am. Some exceptions can be made - please ask on arrival. A change of bed linen is provided after 7 days holiday. However a daily maid service is available at the expense of the tenant.
