Los Dragos is a modern, select gated community set in mature grounds with panoramic views of La Concha and surrounding golf courses. Communal amenities include off-street parking, a large swimming pool, tennis, squash courts and concierge(shops nearby). The apartment is in excellent condition, suitable for 4 adults (self-catering).

Accommodation features master bedroom (double bed), twin bedroom (2 single beds), 2 well-tiled modern bathrooms with shower (towels provided). The kitchen has modern facilities including, cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine (utensils, cutlery and crockery provided). The large, airy lounge contains well-appointed dining and seating areas and includes TV and two settees. The lounge leads onto a large sunny and private balcony with lovely views of the grounds. From the kitchen, a helical staircase leads to a large private roof-garden with panoramic views of La Concha. Local buses connect the short ride to Puerta Banus marina & beaches (also walkable).

Los Dragos is located in the Nueva Andalucia area of Marbella which also includes Puerta Banus. The development is set in mature tree-lined streets in the 'golf valley' which contains 5 golf courses of which Aloha Golf adjoins the property. It has a lovely view of La Concha and is within easy reach of activities such as horse-riding, walking, biking etc. The sea is 1-2 km away with marinas, beaches, promenades within easy reach. Sunbathing, windsurfing, paragliding, sailing, diving are all available. The surrounding area has many restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shopping malls. Of particular note is Corte Ingles which is within walking distance and Le Canada shopping mall (5km). The location is ideal for excursions to Gibraltar (1hr), ferry to Morocco (1hr), Ronda ( 1hr), Mijas ( 1hr)Centro Antiguo of Marbella (10min).
