Light, airy and bright, well maintained apartment in Marbella. Consisting of 1 bedroom with twin beds, wardrobes and plenty of drawer space plus part air conditioning. Living room with TV, CD/radio, sofa bed. New kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, hob, cooker etc. Bathroom has bath/shower, bidet etc.

The balcony overlooks Olive Square and is the best place to sit and eat breakfast. There is a communal pool on the roof which has wonderful views and is only accessible to residents.

Location: 2 mins walk to the lovely old town of Marbella with its quaint, narrow, picturesque streets and the famous orange square (plaza de los naranjos). There are great shops and plenty of good restaurants nearby. 5 mins walk to the beach with lots of nice bars and restaurants and many clean beaches and safe swimming. The beautiful promenade stretches from Marbella to Puerto Banus so is an excellent walk for the energetic (approx 5k) There is an excellent supermarket literally round the corner; there is a bakery opposite and the meat/fish/veg market nearby.

Further Information / Accessibility: The apartment is centrally situated in the town and is located on the first floor with two lifts. There is wheelchair access to the apartment but not onto the roof where the pool is. This apartment is recommended for two people sharing however there is a sofa bed in the living room which would sleep two. There is an extra fee of £20 per person for 3 or 4 people sharing to cover the extra laundry service. Please note that there is only air conditioning in the bedroom for a cool nights sleep.
