his is a luxury villa in the El Paraiso district of the Costa del Sol. It is situated next to the El Paraiso Golfing hotel and a Chinese medical centre and therefore is suitable for golfing or relaxing holidays. The villa is on 5000m of ground, which includes a beautiful swimming pool with mermaid motif which is suitable for children. The pool has its own shower and toilet facilities as well as electricity and a fridge.

Two master bedrooms both with en-suites and one with its own private water garden and dressing room. There are a further 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms making the villa ideal for two families. As well as a spacious living room there is also a fully equipped games room with snooker and Black Jack tables. Also there is a live in house keeper who will make you Breakfast every morning and at an extra cost will do your washing and make you gourmet dinners.
